House of Craven conducts a variety of auctions including estate sales, antique auctions, real estate auctions, and charity auctions.   Our minimum estimate value is $500 per item, for non reserve items. Our 2024-2025 quarterly thematic auctions will offer 300-400+ lots from the pedigreed to the anonymous, the classic to the unusual, and the rare and note-worthy.  Consigning luxury items with House of Craven is easy for our upcoming Auctions!  

Note: House of Craven will never buy or sell firearms, including antique firearms, weapons and/or ammunition. House of Craven will never hold a livestock auction. 

A Private Treaty Sale is a legal agreement where a property is sold directly to the person who wants to buy it. In this method, the seller sets the price, and the House of Craven negotiates with potential buyers to get the best possible price.

The Process is Simple. Consigning is Easy.

1. Submit photos and information via our Consignment Consideration Form or by emailing: craven@houseofcraven.com. We will get back to you quickly with our thoughts on suitability and auction value.  Each item must have a minimum valuation of $500.

2.  Complete the consignment contract (Online Consignment Contract: PDF) or request a digital version via Docusign.  and Drop-off, schedule a pick-up in South Florida, or ship your accepted items to our Downtown Miami warehouse.

3.  House of Craven will professionally photograph, catalog and market your items.

4.  Get paid! House of Craven pays out consignors within 30 days or as soon as their outstanding balance has been paid to us.
