At the House of Craven, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of luxury watches, including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Patek Philippe and many more, to satisfy every demand. With our extensive network of dealers, we can source any watch you desire, ensuring you find the perfect timepiece.
Sourcing a watch typically takes between 24-48 hours once a deposit is received. For more rare limited editions, please allow up to 72 hours. Rest assured, any deposit placed to source an item is fully refundable if the requested watch is not available.
To secure a timepiece that is not currently in our inventory, we require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be refunded only if the specified watch cannot be obtained or if it arrives not as described.
Additionally, a deposit is necessary to hold a piece from our current inventory and mark it as sold. Please note that once an invoice has been created, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
